Note: Excessive long-term exposure to high temperatures can be a problem with softgels. The result of extensive testing shows that most softgels lost their shape and some even broke apart. However, when assayed, the coenzyme Q10 in the Q-Gel retained its potency and strength. If the softgels are stuck together, try shaking the bottle to separate them. There is no problem using Q-Gel even if the softgels have lost their original shape.
