In recent years, a new generation of Hungarian scientists has continued Dr. Szent-Gyorgyi's work in developing a method of manufacturing an all-natural and standardized source of methoxy-substituted benzoquinones by fermenting wheat germ with baker's yeast through a patented process. Ingredients: dried fermented wheat germ extract, maltodextrin, fructose, natural orange flavor, silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent), sodium chloride.
Allergen Statement: This product contains wheat ingredients.
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement for adults, use 1 Avé packet (17 g, providing 8.5 g Avemar pulvis each) per day. Add Avé packet to 8 oz. (240 ml) of cold water, mix thoroughly and drink within 30 minutes. Do not store after mixing. Avé can also be mixed with other beverages, but only those providing less than 10 mg of vitamin C per 8 oz serving. To maximize absorption, consume Avé one hour before or after a meal, and 2 hours before or after taking any drugs or other dietary supplements.
Warnings: Keep out of reach of children. Should not be taken during pregnancy or while nursing. Consult with a healthcare professional for recommended usage levels for children, and for guidance on using more than 1 Avé packet (8.5 g of Avemar) per day. Discontinue Avé usage 2 days before barium X-ray contrast examinations and resume 2 days after the completion of the examination.
Do not consume Avé if you have had an organ or tissue transplant, are suffering from bleeding GI ulcers, have malabsorption syndrome, have gluten sensitive enterophaties (celiac sprue), have fructose intolerance or have hypersensitivity to gluten, wheat germ or any of the components or ingredients of this product.
