As a dietary supplement, take 1 tablet daily with meals, or as directed by your health care professional. This extra high potency tablet should be taken under doctor's supervision. Niacin often causes itching or flushing but this sustained release tablet minimizes those problems. If directed to take higher doses, gradually increase dose as tolerated.

Not to be used by pregnant/lactating women or those with liver problems, stomach ulcers or diabetes unless recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
