It is the responsibility of our customers to be sure that they are allowed to import nutritional supplements from the U.S.
It is the Customer's responsibility to find out about your country's customs regulations relating to the products you wish to import. The customer is responsible for your country's customs fees, duties, and/or taxes, if any, which are usually collected when the order is delivered to you. Customer assumes the risk for any products confiscated or opened by customs. Rejuvenation Science does not know your country's current customs regulations and therefore does not refund purchase price for any product not returned to us in good condition. We do list any regulations which we are aware of below. But this may change over time or vary by product and inspector.
In the event an order is returned to Rejuvenation Science by Customs, refund is limited to the purchase price of the unopened product returned, less return shipping fees equal to the outbound shipping fee and less any other charges incurred, such as quarantine fees or warehousing fees assessed by the customs in your country. Outbound shipping and handling charge for returned orders is not refundable.
We ask that International Customers ordering more than US$60 for the first time from Rejuvenation Science please fax or email either:
a) the front page of your monthly credit card statement, or
b) a copy of the front and back of your credit card and drivers license or passport showing your shipping address,
to us at +1-310-798-2830 or info (at) rejuvenation-science (dot) com. This information is used to verify that you are the owner of the credit card. Please note that, unlike with credit card purchases originating within the U.S., we can't verify your address electronically through automated credit card validation. Neither are we able to meet you and see your personal identification. This extra step is necessary to authenticate you as the actual credit card holder. Once you have placed your order, please fax to +1-310-798-2830 or email these documents to info (at) rejuvenation-science (dot) com as soon as possible. Your order will be shipped once we have received one of the above sets of faxes or email attachments. If you have ordered from us before, you don't need to fax us your address verification a second time.
Note: If you are faxing us a copy of your credit card statement, you may delete any purchase history from this document. All we need to see is a current (up to 2 months old) statement showing your credit card company's letterhead and address, your name and address, and the last four digits of your credit card number (to match to the number submitted through the secure server with your order).
We currently ship to these locations using USPS Priority Mail. Standard U.S. $5 shipping charges apply for retail orders. Please be aware that the contents of your order may be required to be listed on the outside of the package.
We ship via FedEx or insured Global Express Mail through the post office. The shipping time is quoted as 3-5 days.
Costs for wholesale and retail orders are computed in our shopping cart. You are responsible for import taxes, GST, customs duties, customs brokerage fees, agricultural taxes, and VAT, if applicable. These additional duties and taxes are collected from you when the package is delivered.
We have been told that the following items are not allowed to be imported into Canada unless through your Doctor: Acetyl-L-Carnitine, Androstenedione, Carnitine, DHEA, DMAE, Human Growth Hormone, Pregnenolone, and Tryptophan.
Your Doctor needs to call "Special Access Program", at 613-941-2108, and get permission to import them. Your doctor then needs to place the order with us.
We understand that Canadian regulations limit your order to 90 days or less of usage. The way they determine this is by reading what the label says. So if it says take 1 tablet daily, then you are entitled to import only 90 tablets of this supplement. Please read the product information on our site and order within these guidelines.

Orders to these countries are usually shipped via FedEx or insured Global Express Mail. Delivery is quoted as 3 to 5 business days. Orders to South Korea are shipped FedEx or Global Express Mail, with arrival of the package generally in 5-7 days. Importation of Ginseng is prohibited. Service is available only to the provinces comprising the Republic of Korea, i.e., provinces south of the 38th parallel of latitude. Articles addressed for delivery in Korea should show the name of the addressee, street, district, town and province in Korea.
